As we indicated in an email 10 days ago, customers who ordered some 10 CD boxed sets did not receive their items.
1. Customers who purchased "Ultimate Jazz Piano" were refunded because this title has been deleted by the manufacturer/record label.
2. Customers who purchased any of the three following CD sets did not receive them as part of their original order:
--Modern Jazz Quartet: Milestones of a Legend
--Rosalyn Tureck Plays Bach
--Dexter Gordon: Milestones of a Legend
We informed our customers via email that these titles would be in stock soon, and that they would be sent to our customers immediately upon their arrival.
These titles are now scheduled to arrive on Monday, September 30th. We expect to ship all these titles out by Tuesday, October 1st via First Class or Priority Mail.
